The PADEL CLUB LIMITED respects your privacy and is committed to the protection of your personal data. By personal data we mean information that directly or indirectly identifies and relates to you or other individuals (“Personal Data”).

This Privacy Policy explains the type of Personal Data that we collect and the way we collect, transfer, process, use and disclose Personal Data as well as the security measures we take in order to protect Personal Data. It also contains information about third parties receiving your Personal Data as well as your rights under the data protection laws that apply in Cyprus.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the PADEL CLUB LIMITED is the company responsible for your Personal Data. References in this Privacy Policy to “the PADEL CLUB” “we”, “us”, “our” are references to PADEL CLUB LIMITED a private company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with registration number HE 442118 and having its registered office at 30 Karpenisiou street, 1077, Nicosia, Cyprus.

3. How do we collect Personal Data

We collect and process your Personal Data directly from you, for example during your registration as a member, when you book a court or when you contact us.

We may collect and process the following categories personal data:

(a) contact details, such as name and surname, address, telephone number and email;

(b) identification information, such as date of birth, gender, and other information relevant to your identification;

(c) financial information, required for receiving payments and fraud prevention;

(d) IP address;

(e) photos and videos of players;

(f) skill level of players;

(g) any other categories of Personal Data you may provide to us.

4. Using your Personal Data

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

(a) performance of a service for example booking a court or for becoming a member;

(b) communicating with you, for example in case there is a tournament, exhibition game or any other event;

(c) marketing purposes, informing you of discounts or sending you our newsletter;

(d) requesting feedback from you in order to improve our products and services;

(e) for fraud prevention and detection of any illegal or unwanted activities;

(f) to protect our website, network and software systems;

(g) to handle and resolve legal disputes, to enforce the terms of use of our website, or to comply with lawful requests from law enforcement authorities.

In order to lawfully process the Personal Data described above we rely on one or more of the following justifications:

(a) performance of a contract - the use of your Personal Data is necessary for the performance of a contract for example having a membership or booking a courts;

(d) legal obligations - in some occasions we use Personal Data to comply with the legal and regulatory obligations we are subject to;

Policy does not apply to those websites and applications.  If you choose to enter such a linked site or application, you agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such websites and applications and do not review or endorse and shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for:

(a) how these websites and applications treat your Personal Data

(b) the content of such websites and applications

(c) the use that others make of these websites and applications.
